Working with PPS Ltd, a leading pump manufacturer and supplier, KIM have developed their IOT web APIs that monitor the health of working pumps through embedded code and delivers a 24/7 status report for each connected device which could be located anywhere in the World. Where pumps are failing to run at optimum levels alerts are delivered to the service centre desktop and if necessary, engineers routed to make intervention calls. The engineers are sited using GPS ensuring that the nearest available engineer attends and the service levels provided to clients is both improved and reduces engineers time in travel and unnecessary mileage. Jobs are managed through the a scheduling database which provides the data for management information and KPI reports.
